• If the minimum order quantity is not met, the preorder will be cancelled and all preorder items will be fully refunded.

• If you purchase in-stock items together with preorder items, they will be shipped together once the preorder production is complete.

• If the preorder is cancelled but your order includes in-stock items, only the preorder portion will be refunded, and your in-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible.

• This is a mixed-grade batch: A and B grades only (no C grades).

• A grades will be prioritized for all preorder customers.
